Well Investors,
Interesting find here in Las Vegas. The foreclosure rate is one of the worst ones here as well as California and Florida. However, this is the right time to pick up a great valued foreclosure home, fix it up, and rent it out.
While you are at it, find one of those folks that are down on their luck and give them a chance to rent a nice home from you. We are finding that giving a chance to someone who has been foreclosed on is one of the best decisions we've made. They are certainly some of the best renters we have had.
So take care, buy properties so you can protect your retirement, and call us for help if you need it.
